I have been a practicing psychologist for over 18 years. I earned my PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, completed my predoctoral internship at Stanford Children's Hospital and The Children's Health Council, and my postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University in the Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Clinic.

During that training I received guidance from leaders in the field — especially in anxiety and other internalizing disorders, ADHD and behavior management, eating disorders, and autism. I've continued to work with these populations throughout Orange County.

On a personal note, I'm real, approachable, and deeply committed to understanding the unique experiences that make you who you are. Whether you are a high schooler navigating intense anxiety or a mother managing the daily chaos of school-aged kids, my down-to-earth approach is designed to put you at ease. But comfort is just the starting point. I also ensure you walk away with practical tools that genuinely reshape how you think and feel. I promise to be straightforward and transparent with you, challenging you to consider new perspectives, shift your mood, and take actionable steps toward meaningful change.
